• You are responsible for return shipping charges that are not related to a defective product or product that was damaged during initial shipping to the customer.
30-Day Return Policy
Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase, in order to be eligible for a return please contact us regarding the nature of your return, any products that have been physically damaged or lost after receiving may not be refundable.
To return your product, simply contact via firstname.lastname@example.org, it may take up to 7 days in order for you to receive your refund but can be processed much sooner.
Please note that returns that arrive in damaged condition when specified otherwise may not be returnable.
If you have any defects with your product through no fault of your own you will be eligible to return your item and claim a full refund as result, please contact email@example.com as we may be able to help you resolve your issue instead.
Damaged in Shipment
Please note if you receive your product and it is damaged through shipment please contact us immediately and we will do our upmost to replace/refund your order.
Once your return has been received, we will inspect your order, this can take up to 72 hours, upon inspection you will receive refund decision, if granted processing will begin and last up to 7 days to process your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
Please make sure to check your bank/credit card fully for any refund payments that may be missing.
If it has not arrived please contact your bank as the payment could be pending and has not arrived yet.

Please note, in order to send your product back, contact us at email@example.com. You’re responsible for all shipping costs that may incur upon returning your items, if your return is above £50 please consider using a tracked service to ensure your products arrive.
